DEMO PROPERTY KNOWLEDGE (LetGrow showcase guide)

Location: Salford Quays, Manchester, on the waterfront near MediaCity.

Check-in: from 3 PM. Check-out: by 11 AM.
Entry: main residential entrance, keypad code 4-7-2-9, then press the bell icon.
Parking: free on-site for one car via the barrier, press the call button.
Late checkout and early check-in can be requested in the guide.
Nearest tram: Anchorage stop, about 2 minutes walk.
This is a demonstration guide for LetGrow.

We always provide the same number of towels for the exact number of guests on the booking. Sometimes however the booking platform can get this wrong. 

If this has been the case or you require some additional towels, please message us on the platform you booked on and we will aim to bring some to you within 20 minutes!

If the hot water is not working, please contact our team immediately on the platform you booked your stay with.

Check both switches are turned on in the boiler cupboard (please see image). If they are turned off in can take about and hour to heat up again.

We will be able to explain how to turn it on, or in the rare event we can send someone over within minutes to resolve any issues. 

Our windows are special fire escape windows and can tilt at 360 degree angles.

If you are struggling to close it, try lifting the handle 180 degrees upwards as this will give you a different range of movement.

Some windows may have an internet cable running out of them. Feel free to close the window completely over these cables, they won’t get damaged!

If you have been locked out of the building or the code isn’t working for the glass entrance doors, you can normally access the building via the back door in the courtyard.

If our team is aware of any issues effecting the entrance doors, we will ensure we leave this back door open for guests arriving later.

The Anchorage tram stop is just a 2-minute walk away and is your gateway to everything Manchester. Buy a day pass if you're planning multiple journeys — it's much more economical than individual tickets. The tram to the city centre takes exactly 10 minutes and runs frequently throughout the day.

Tram Travel Made Easy

If Manchester United are playing at home during your stay, the atmosphere around Old Trafford is electric, but plan your movements accordingly. The area gets very busy 2-3 hours before kick-off and immediately after matches. Book restaurant tables well in advance on match days, or embrace the atmosphere and grab a pre-match pint in one of the many local pubs.

Parking may also be a lot busier on these particular days, but it will clear out within an hour of the match finishing.

Old Trafford Match Days

MediaCity has some fantastic waterside restaurants that locals love but tourists sometimes miss. The Dockyard and Lime Bar offer great food with lovely views over Salford Quays. For a special dinner, book a table at one of the restaurants overlooking the water — the sunset views are spectacular. The Alchemist is particularly impressive!

MediaCity Dining Gems

The Lowry Outlet Mall is perfect for bargain hunting, but go early in the day for the best selection, especially on weekends. The food court is excellent for lunch, and there's ample free parking if others are joining you. Many stores offer additional discounts if you sign up to their newsletters on your phone while browsing.

Lowry Outlet Shopping Strategy

Your free secure parking space is a real bonus in this area — parking elsewhere can be expensive and limited, especially during events. Keep your parking permit visible in your car and make note of any access codes or procedures your host provides for the car park.

We also have free parking on the street outside the building which can be useful during match days!

Free Parking Advantage

While the 10-minute tram to the city centre is convenient, an Uber takes just 5 minutes and costs roughly the same as tram tickets for 2+ people. Late at night, Uber is often more convenient than waiting for the last tram. Save the locations of both options in your phone maps for easy access.
